Big news from Italy as Chelsea in transfer talks over deal for £72M star

According to sources in Italy, Kepa Arrizabalaga is being negotiated for both Napoli and Chelsea.

In 2018, Chelsea paid an astounding £72 million to acquire Kepa from Athletic Bilbao because they thought he would eventually develop into the best goalkeeper in the history of football.

Kepa, though, has slipped behind the outstanding Edouard Mendy in goal at Stamford Bridge despite being given a lot of opportunities at the club and is now merely the AFCON winner's backup.

The board believes that Kepa is no longer a part of the club's long-term plans, therefore according to IcFootballnews, the west Londoners are willing to consider offers in the neighborhood of £50 million for the player.
