Thomas Tuchel has already succeeded where Mourinho, Conte and Sarri failed at Chelsea
Thomas Tuchel looks to have cracked Chelsea's infamous mentality curse following years of torment and complaints issued by some of football's most recognisable names.
The 'lack of motivation' has been a common theme for Chelsea managers over the years with the likes of Antonio Conte, Maurizio Sarri and Jose Mourinho all falling susceptible to the spell following faltering form on the pitch.
However, despite the apparent motivation issue rooted in Cobham training ground described by so many managers, Tuchel disregarded the faux following his impressive spell at Chelsea.

Tuchel led the Blues to a top four finish, an FA Cup final and the club's second Champions League title; all while seamles.

A few years down the line and Antonio Conte soon vented his anger at the Chelsea squad for their lack of motivation ahead of an FA Cup Final - a game which would earmark his last for the club.
Conte said: "To find the right motivation and the right side and right will because when you win the league your mind is still celebrating. This is a big opportunity to win the FA Cup.
"It is important to understand the right way and have the minds of your players," he continued, before addressing how he had to fabricate his emotions in order to channel motivation and ambition from his squad.
"On the pitch or in training sessions you can create a situation that you are angry to increase their focus and concentration."
However, unfortunately for Roman Abramovich the looming motivation issue at Chelsea persevered and became a far more serious issue for Sarri, launching a public attack on his squad after a disappointing loss to Arsenal.
