Roman Abramovich and Marina Granovskaia told to make Chelsea transfer decision on Erling Haaland

Roman Abramovic  and Marina Granovskaia have been urged to "break the bank" for Erling Harland this summer by former Chelsea midfielder, Craig Burley.

The Norwegian star has been identified as the Blues’ number one target but the move is not without its complications.

As it stands, the Haaland remains firmly the property of Dortmund despite a number of outlets speculating on his future and the various stages of a potential deal.

Being one of the hottest prospects in European football, Haaland is going to be incredibly expensive this summer, even for clubs with the spending power of Chelsea

It’s also widely understood that Dortmund are looking to keep hold their talisman, especially after letting Jadon Sancho join Manchester United earlier in the window.

That decision could come with consequences however, as it is speculated that the striker’s release clause could drop to £75million next summer.

Even so, Chelsea have been told that they should look to secure an immediate deal by ex-midfielder, Burley.

"I'd just go and do it, I'd go and do it," Burley told ESPN, via the Express

"This is the one guy, and I mean this, the one guy in world football at the moment that I would break the bank for."

The Scotsman proceeded by explaining everything Haaland currently brings to a team, and he believes he can even only get better, despite already being one of the best strikers in the world.
